Your available stamina units appear at the bottom of the screen in the main lobby.
The stamina required to play a level will appear in the pre-level popup.

Stamina units are re-generated in your stamina bar after the designated amount of time shown on your stamina bar passes. Stamina is earned when sucessfully completing a level and may also be earned via challenges, Star Chest, and other occasional promotions & events.
